The Costume and Hair !
For the Head Peice : I used a blue cloth and attached a crystal & gold pieces from my necklace in the middle !
Costume :The top is a blue shirt I got from Bebe a while back .I just rolled the sleeves smaller and tucked in half of the shirt .
Hair : I used Black Hair extensions to add length and volume.
