My «Diet & Exercise» Routine!


Hey ladies, so this has been requested for WEEKS! Sorry it took so long to post, I just really don’t have any crazy routine other than eating really healthy and working out for an hour twice or 3 times a week! Water is KEY. Drink lots and lots of it. And always give yourself one or 2 days in a month to indulge 🙂
