Anyone bought E.L.F Holiday Make-up palettes !?
A Lot of you have requested me to do a Tutorial using really cheap’Affordable Make-up Products ! .E.L.F cosmectics are most affordable and the sets were running out from the shelves.I figured i would get one and do a quick Eye-Make-up Tutorial on it .
The Eyeshadows are pretty shimmery and sorta Pigmented for how cheap they were .But I didn’t like the excess fallouts 🙁
